On April 11, 2024, Something Dope teamed up with Doap Events to bring the open mic to Crown Station, part of an April run that touched three states. The collab even had its own name: Something Doap.
Lil Man J previewed a song on that stage, and two weeks later it went viral with more than 3 million views in a single day. Young Momo traveled from Los Angeles to perform, and the bridge between LA and Charlotte was built in one night.
